I started eating healthier many years ago. I slowly got off the meats by substituting ground turkey for beef. I substituted Stevia and honey for sugar. I kept reading and doing the research until I found what works for me and my family. I purchased Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo’s book series at my local health food store and use it often as a reference. The “Avoid List” helps me to stay away from foods that may cause an allergic reaction, lowers my immunity, unhealthy for my heart, etc. Over the years I’ve learned that foods are for nourishment and herbs and spices are for healing.
